Discreet Home Delivery
All orders are shipped to your door in discreet, unmarked boxes or envelopes. The return address states our parent company name of “HigherCare“.
Fast, Reliable Shipping
We strive on providing our customers with fast and reliable shipments. As soon as we receive an order, we process, package and ship it as soon as it is available. While we are on weekends and holidays, orders will not physically ship until the next business day.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
For certain items or promotions, Free Ground Delivery may be offered through the use of a specified coupon code. Use of the coupon code online or over the phone is required to receive this promotion. Additionally, even when using valid coupon, free shipping only applies to special locations. Most orders with the free ground delivery ship via FedEx Ground. However, we reserve the right to ship via alternate means at our discretion.
General Shipping information
If the inventory is available, most orders leave our warehouses within one (1) business day from the date the order has been accepted and confirmed.
Deliveries typically occur Monday through Friday (holidays excluded), during normal business hours.
In order to deliver your order as quickly as possible, Highercare may ship items from different warehouses. This will not increase your shipping charges.
We offer three methods for shipping your orders from highercare.ca:
- Express – Your order ships within one business day from acceptance and confirmation. Transit time is 2-3 business days.
- Overnight – If you order before 1PM on a business day, your order ships within one business day from acceptance and confirmation. Transit time is one (1) business day.
- Premium – If you order after 1PM on a business day, your order ships within one business day from acceptance and confirmation. Transit time is one (1) business day
Customer Pickup Available
Customer pickup from our offices is available in Montreal, Quebec from Monday to Friday 8am–5pm. Pickup is not available on the weekends. Please call us to confirm product availability. Pickup orders can be confirmed by speaking with a customer care agent and scheduling a time for pickup. No delivery charges will be billed for pickup orders.
