Return Policy

We are committed to ensuring that all of our products and services meet the highest of quality standards. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to refund your purchase. If you choose to make a return, please read the Return Terms & Conditions and follow our Return Instructions below.

Return Terms & Conditions

Due to health regulations, we are unable to accept returns on any opened packages or used items. Returned products must be in new/resalable condition. Return requests must be received within 10 days of delivery.

Returns will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for returned shipping costs and for any paid shipping charges, as those charges will not be refunded.

If original order qualified for free shipping then actual shipping costs on the order will not be refunded. Please do not return products without first notifying HigherCare and receiving authorization. Returns must be shipped back for return within 7 days of authorization. Incontinence products and sterile merchandise cannot be returned once opened. Partial cases cannot be returned unless defective.

Your purchases

All purchases are processed in American dollars (for US) or Canadian dollars (for Canada). If you are paying with a credit card that is not American or Canadian dollars then it is the responsibility of the financial institution to convert the funds into American funds. This same financial institution will set the conversion rate.

Easy Return Instructions:

  • Please do not return products without first notifying HigherCare and receiving authorization.
  • Box up any unopened items needing to be returned.
  • Include copy of receipt or packing list and circle items needing to be returned.

  • Refund will be processed once received back and inspected.
